1. Each pc / server is scanned continuously for virus contamination using licensed software that is up-dated at least weekly, or as alerted by our anti-virus software supplier. 

2. All files supplied by us on disk, or as an email attachment shall be virus checked prior to delivery. 

3. Any files /disks received by us shall be virus checked prior to loading on any system.

4. In the event of the receipt of a virus contaminated electronic file from any source, the sender and main business contact will be notified immediately.

5. Each virus warning received from any source will be treated seriously and we will respond to the threat as advised by our anti-virus software supplier.

6. All virus warnings will be addressed internally and should any virus be verified that could potentially infect, (or have infected) our systems and / or electronic files sent to our clients, associates or agents they will be notified immediately.
