For Trainee Auditors to develop the
necessary skills to prepare and conduct audits within their own organisation and at
the premises of their sub-contractors. This course is focused on the tools that will be
applied to enhance business improvement and is founded on ISO 19011:2002. The first day off-site course will form the
foundation for a series of "live" audits that will be conducted by each delegate
in their own workplace. The outcomes from each trainee will be assessed prior to the issue
of a Certificate in Practical Quality Auditing.
Outcomes:
At the end of the first day trainees
will be able to:

Complete an Audit Schedule.

Explain and practice the techniques of
auditing documents and processes.

Define the essential principles of
auditing preparation.
At the end of the two-day training
programme each trainee will be able to:

Understand auditing techniques.

Conduct audits of the quality system
in accordance with your organisation's procedures.

Record non-conformances and present
the results of an audit utilising appropriate documentation.

Identify needs for improvement and
prioritise immediate corrective action and plan for longer term preventive actions.

Verify corrective / preventive actions
have been implemented.

Promote the principles of Quality
Assurance and the philosophy of successful auditing.

Assess his / her performance with the
course leader.
